How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in and go to Account > Subscriptions tab and click "Cancel" next to the subscription you want to end.

I was charged but don't have access

Please wait a few minutes for the payment to process. If access isn't granted within 10 minutes, submit a ticket with your payment details.

How do I change my email or password?

Log in and go to Account > Profile tab to change your email, or Account > Security tab to change your password.

How do I delete my account?

Log in and go to Account > Delete Account tab. All your subscriptions will be cancelled automatically.
