4. Subscriptions & Payments
Creator subscriptions are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Subscriptions provide access to locked content for the subscribed creator only.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Tips / Donations
You may send one-time tips to creators via PayPal. Tips are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not grant access to subscription content. Tips can be sent anonymously (without an account) or as a logged-in user.
By sending a tip, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to PayPal's terms of service.
AI Chat
Creators on Afterdark are AI-powered personas. Chat messages are processed using OpenAI's API to generate responses. By using the chat feature, you acknowledge that:
- You are communicating with an AI, not a real person
- Your messages are processed by OpenAI according to their terms of service
- AI responses are generated content and should not be considered professional advice
- You will not share sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, etc.) in chat
5. Content Policy
All content on Afterdark must comply with our content guidelines:
- No explicit sexual or pornographic content
- No content promoting hate, violence, or illegal activities
- Creators must have rights to all content they post
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to all content will be revoked.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romanshorn, Switzerland.
For consumers in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
