How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account > Subscriptions tab and click "Cancel" next to the subscription you want to end.

I was charged but don't have access

Please wait a few minutes for the payment to process. If access isn't granted within 10 minutes, submit a ticket with your payment details.

How do I change my email or password?

Go to Account > Profile tab to change your email, or Account > Security tab to change your password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account > Delete Account tab. All your subscriptions will be cancelled automatically.

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will:

  • Cancel all your active subscriptions
  • Delete all your messages and conversations
  • Remove all your account data
